When do terms start?

We run three terms annually: Autumn (September), Spring (January), and Summer (April). Weekend workshops are scheduled monthly throughout the year.

What if my child misses a session?

We provide catch-up materials for any missed sessions. For extended absences, we can arrange make-up sessions where possible.

Do you offer sibling discounts?

Yes, 15% discount for each additional sibling enrolled in the same term.

Can I observe a session before enrolling?

We offer free taster sessions at the start of each term. Contact us to reserve a place.

Are your educators DBS checked?

All our educators hold enhanced DBS certificates and complete annual safeguarding training.

What's your refund policy?

Full refund if you withdraw before the second session. Pro-rata refund for medical circumstances with documentation.
